All collections are designed and produced in
Germany by hand in our own in-house atelier.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options to customers within Germany and
internationally.

Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method, but standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within Germany and up to 14 days for international orders.

Made-to-order
products have a shipping time of 3-4 weeks.

Customers can track their orders and check the status of their shipment through the tracking number provided in their order
confirmation email.

We accept returns for items within 14 days of the delivery date, provided they are in their original condition and with all tags attached. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
